Duvelle Jeffrey, 31, funnelled $891,000 from The Comunicom Group of direct sales companies from 2005 to 2009 and splurged the funds on luxury handbags, perfume, jewellery and overseas trips. Police found designer items worth $150,000 to $200,000 during a search of her home, including 48 Hermes, Louis Vuitton, Gucci and Balenciaga handbags and Chanel shawls. Employee Magnus Higgs, who was at the Victorian County Court in Melbourne for Jeffrey's sentencing, said he could now move on after Jeffrey was jailed for three years and nine months.
